Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send all correspondence through nina@buckskincrafts.ca

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
ALL ITEMS SOLD ON THE BUCKSKIN CRAFTS WEBSITE AND POS SYSTEMS ARE CONSIDERED CUSTOM, SPECIAL ORDERS, AND WILL THUSLY NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Unfortunately due to the massive cost of shipping and the risk of associated return policies, at this time, BUCKSKIN CRAFTS will not be accepting payments from international buyers.

Refunds

Due to the nature of the material and the nature of custom orders, there will be no refunds or returns accepted. It is up to the buyer to ensure that their custom order (an order that has been placed with the owner/operator. Wherein the details of said order have been agreed upon via email or messaging services.) or a direct buy product (a product that is available for immediate purchase and shipment. Such as a listing that is posted to the website and is available to buy unchanged as it is.) meets their needs and expectations before purchase. Once an order is placed by the customer, and the payments is made by the customer, it is assumed by BUCKSKIN CRAFTS that the buyer has taken all necessary actions to ensure their own satisfaction.
